The last of a dying breed.
There's a way of working that's mostly gone now. You show up when you said you would. You use the material you quoted, not the one that looks the same for two years and then doesn't. You don't leave the last ten percent for the homeowner to find.
We've worked that way for decades and aren't going to start cutting corners to win a bid. Sometimes that means we aren't the lowest number you get. We'd rather say so up front than have you find out halfway through.
