Home renovations in Weston, CT

One room or several. We work around you, clean up at the end of every day, and tell you before we open a wall — not after.

What this covers

  • Room-by-room renovation
  • Opening up walls and reworking layouts
  • Basement and attic finishing
  • Flooring: hardwood, tile, and engineered
  • Drywall, taping, and finish carpentry
  • Doors, trim, and built-in storage
  • Interior painting to finish the job
  • Coordinating the trades a job needs

Living in it while we work

Most of our renovations happen in houses people are still living in. That shapes how we work: dust barriers up before demolition, tools off the floor at the end of the day, and a clear answer about which rooms are usable tonight.

It sounds like a small thing. Ask anybody who's lived through a renovation whether it's a small thing.

Old houses in Fairfield County

Plenty of the housing stock around here is old enough to have opinions. Floors that aren't level, framing that isn't where the plans say, and forty years of other people's repairs stacked on top of each other.

That's normal, and we'd rather find it early. What we won't do is hide it behind new finish and let you discover it in five years.

Questions we get asked

Where should we start?
Usually with whatever is actively costing you — a leak, a failing roof, bad wiring — and then the rooms you spend the most time in. We'll walk it with you and say plainly which items are urgent and which can wait a year or two.
Can we phase the work over time?
Yes, and it's often the smart way to do it. The important part is sequencing: some things are far cheaper to do while walls are already open. We'll flag those so you're not paying twice to open the same wall.
Do you clean up as you go?
Every day. The site gets swept and the tools get put away before we leave, not at the end of the job.
