- What decking material do you recommend?
- It depends on how much maintenance you actually want to do. Pressure-treated is the least expensive and needs the most upkeep; cedar looks better and costs more; composite costs the most up front and asks the least of you afterwards. We'll walk through the trade-offs for your deck rather than push one.
- Will the addition look like an addition?
- That's the whole job. Roof pitch, siding exposure, trim profile, and window style all get matched to what's already there. Where an exact match isn't available anymore, we'll show you the closest option and let you decide before it's ordered.
- How long does a garage or custom build take?
- Longer than most people expect, and the honest answer depends on size, foundation work, and approvals. We'd rather give you a realistic date at the start than an optimistic one you plan your year around.
- Do you handle the demolition, or is that a separate contractor?
- We handle it. Keeping demolition and rebuild with one crew means nobody is arguing about what got damaged on the way out, and the site is left the way the next stage actually needs it.
